Open Build Pty Ltd worked on the AUD 60M, 29-storey student accommodation tower at High Street featuring 374 beds, communal spaces, gym, and outdoor courtyards. Built on a constrained 470sqm site in Melbourne CBD, the project reached Practical Completion in August 2023.
